When will my order ship?

Please understand we are a two person team that makes every sign by hand, with attention detail. Due to every sign being made by us and high order volume, production can take UP TO 2 weeks + shipping time. HOWEVER, we do have some signs in stock that will ship sooner.  If you need a rushed order please email us before ordering.

We ship USPS and UPS, once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information!

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not ship outside the continental United States.

 

Why is shipping high?

Due to the weight of our signs and rising shipping costs, signs are costly to ship. We do not get discounts on shipping like big box retailers. HOWEVER if your order is $150+ we ship for FREE!



Returns

Sorry! We do not offer refunds. We happily accept exchanges or store credit within 12 days of shipment. Clothing items cannot be worn, washed, or altered. Please keep all original tags attached and include receipt that was sent with your order.

**We do not cover return shipping.

If you believe your merchandise is damaged, please email us immediately and include your order #.

ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED OVER 20% ARE FINAL SALE. WE CANNOT EXCHANGE OR ISSUE STORE CREDIT FOR THESE ITEMS. ANY FINAL SALE ITEMS RETURNED TO US WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER. 

Store Credit: Once your return is received and processed, your credit will be sent to you via email in the form of a gift card.
